I couldn't find a way to contact customer support to complain about this, so maybe this will work. I use Lightroom Classic because I travel constantly and typically need to work offline. So it's frustrating - no wait - infuriating - to open Lightroom only to be presented with the message saying "We Can't Verify Your Subscription Status" and the only option I have is to quit and sit on my ass until I have Internet access. What kind of bs is this? There needs to be a warning saying something like "Adobe needs to connect to the Internet within the next 48 hours to verify your subscription status or Lightroom will be temporarily disabled". Creatives need to work everywhere at all hours and believe it or not, sometimes we don't have Internet but still need to edit using the software we pay you every month to use. Thanks.

Hi there,
We understand your trouble. It happens because you need to sign in to the Creative Cloud desktop app after a particular time interval of 30days for Individual subscription. After that, you get a grace period of approximately 2 months.
You can get more info here: Internet connectivity, offline grace period, and reminders
Also, for the notification error that you're getting, please follow this article: Cannot verify subscription status in offline mode
We hope it helps.
Let us know if you have any questions for us.
Regards,
Shivangi

before you travel, open the soon to be needed subscription apps. leave them open and minimized to ensure they are available when you have no internet. that's the only guranteed way (i've found) to ensure you can open adobe apps while traveling.

i understand and i've had the same problem. that's why i do (and you should) leave the app open (and minimized) prior to travel.
