                     How is one suppose to give a Firm a good word when you cant even find someone      to dicuss an issue . This is the forth month I receive a bill of apprx 73 dollars . Month number one No reply

                                                                                                           

Month number two No reply

Month number three No Reply

Month Number four No Reply 

DOES ADOBE EXSIST .?????????????????????????????? I am a simple senior , why should i have to pay 73 dollars for something I know nothing about ????  What am I paying for ????????????????????????????? I am simply venting , thank God for the cominity , At least i can vent my fraustration , because it appears there is no one at Adobe .

You say "no reply". How did you contact them (or try to)?  Do you mean the chat icon appeared but your typing never had an answer?

if you're replying to emails, you can check your spam folder for automated responses informing you that replying to emails is not going through to anyone at adobe.

 

you need to use the phone (https://www.adobe.com/about-adobe/contact.html), or even quicker, use chat per @Manan Joshi

   I always check my junk folder and never received anything .I checked the account that Adobe has on me there is nothing but my e mail address . I checked for the plans they offered again nothing . I am just an email address paying for something i never wanted

 There  is nothing 

 What am i paying for ????????????????????????

   i CANNOT TELL YOU because THERE IS NO iNVOICE ETC
