Cancel free trial issue

New Here ,
Feb 08, 2024 Feb 08, 2024

Hi,

I canceled the free trial last Nov, but I just found out that from Dec, Jan, and Feb you took the subscription fees from my Card when I checked my account I found the plan is already canceled and there is no invoice history but every month you charged me the fees for 3 months so far regularly,

How can I refund this money and stop it in the upcoming months?

I tried to reach out the customer care but I couldn't and the virtual assistant couldn't help me at all.

Hi @SaraHelmy ,

I reviewed your account and discovered you have an Individual Photoshop license. I would be  moving this post to the Account, Payment and Plan community for further assistance.

check your account to see if something remains (eg, a stock subscription), https://account.adobe.com

then contact adobe support to discuss anything that doesn't make sense to you.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
