I want to cancel my subscription because I don't use the product, but when I click "manage plan" I get the message (↓). Could you please tell me the solution to this problem?

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):
chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

You can't self-cancel as long as you have a payment issue. Not paying a subscription does not cancel your contract with Adobe. You absolutely need to contact Adobe customer care as indicated by @kglad.

We checked and found that your subscription term is 8 days. Free cancellation is done within 7 days.
You can still get refund if you cancel within 14days but you'll need to update your payment method for that.
