I'm not sure why I decided to trust "free" trial. You have made it impossible to deactivate prior to the end of the free trial.
I do not want to continue with this trial. Please cancel as the option to "cancel plan" does not exist.
What do I need to do? Either way, I will dispute any charges to my credit card.
Please take appropriate action on this ASAP.
