Dear Community,

I am trying to cancle my acrobat dc plan and get a refund because I made a purchase by mistake. The portal says "You'll be able to manage this plan shortly". It has been going for a while.

How can I solve this issue?

Are you using a browser that accepts cookies and does not have script blockers?  Try using a different web device with latest Firefox or Chrome and click on Manage Plans.
