I am currently unable to cancel my Adobe Cloud subscription. They have charged me twice and I am beginning to get extremely frustrated that they don't allow me to just call them.
Is there a support number for students dealing with this problem?

Gabriel, I am very sorry, but an educational institution manages the Creative Cloud membership and e-mail address you are using. Please contact your Educational Institution's Creative Cloud plan administrator for assistance.
