Cancel Subscription

Hi, 

I can't find a way to cancel my subscription that will be renewed on 28.02.2020. 

Following the instructions there must be a button next to the plan that says "Cancel" -> however thats not the case. 

The help sections also provides a link for the case this option isnt available: https://helpx.adobe.com/de/contact.html

The contact page however only brings me back where I was before ... https://helpx.adobe.com/de/manage-account/using/cancel-creative-cloud-subscription.html

So I am stuck in a loop. Tbh its really frustrating.

Did you click on the chat icon, bottom right of the page
