cancel subscription

I want to cancel my subscription and it is just about impossible to do this !!!!

Everytime I follow the instructions to cancel, it sends me to this stupid forum.

I want someone from ADOBE to conact me so I can cancel my subscription.

Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache.  If it continues to fail try using a different browser.

Can you give me a number to call please - I do not see this option.  I also am trying to return my purchase.  I just want to call and speak to someone.  Chat is taking too long to load.

Ned -   you may have a chat or phone option -   but I don't   -  just tells me to go to the forum !!!!   That's why this is so frustrating !!      nobody can help !

Tried a different browser -   no difference..
Tried to cancel online -  told me to call up

Tried to call - no phone number

tried to chat - no chat option

Back to Forum !    OMG

This type of experience is why people get fed up with companies.....   I would think again before ever buying another adobe product after this !

Anyone else can help me ?    Anyone from ADOBE on here ?

I FINALLY got a number - I dont know if they can help but at least you can speak to a person that may transfer you in the right direction....
