I want to cancel my free trial. However I do not see an option for cancelling the plan when I go to view plan. I tried contacting the customer service but they hung up.
You're going to have to try again. This is a public forum, not Adobe support. Users, including the ACPs and MVPs, can't provide support for account, subscription, billing, download, or product activation issues. Support for those issues requires an Adobe employee.

Click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session. Typing AGENT into the chat window should connect you directly to a CSR rather than the AI.
If the CSR refers you to the forums, insist on speaking with a supervisor and keep moving up the chain until you get someone who knows what they are talking about.

Be aware that because of the pandemic, wait times are far longer than usual due to reduced staff and higher demand. Please be patient with the people to whom you speak. I figured it out and cancelled.
can you please tell me to i want to cancel my free trail but it not showing in my account and i try to talk to custumer servies they say i dont have plant but its on my cc app i try to loging anothor acount but its still showing my trail i want to cancel it please help
You have a 14 day period after you get charged to cancel the subscription and get a full refund, so no need to panic. Try contacting support again and let them know that you don't want to go into the cycle of refund and they should cancel the trial now, if they are unable to help ask to talk to a supervisor.
