I would like to cancel my supscription for both lightroom and illustrator. Unfortuantely I also did not the read the terms and condition like many others on here, so now I put myself in a sh*tty situation with products I dont want to use and especially dont want to pay for. 

I cant seem to find an answer to this, so maybe you can help me - where or how can I see when I can cancel my membership without having to pay the additional fee??

If possible they can waive the cancellation fees as well so be kind in your conversation and who knows you might be in luck. To contact support, login to your account and navigate to the URL below.
