Hola! Quiero cancelar mi plan y me cobran una penalización por hacerlo dos dias antes de la renovación del plan. Queria saber cuando se puede cancelar sin que me cobren ese dinero. Gracias

Cancel in the last month of the subscription to cancel without a fee. For example, if your plan renews May 15, cancel after April 15 and before May 14.
If you canceled close to the renewal date, it's possible the request didn't process before the subscription renewed. Contact Adobe Customer service for help.
