Cancelación de suscripción y servicio de atención NULO

Hace 3 meses que caducó mi plan y antes de que me cambiasen las condiciones de pago, decidí suspender el servicio. En el proceso en la web, me dió un error. Mosqueado por si acaso, además di orden al banco de no pasar mas recibos de Adobe.

 

Desde entonces, me llegan correos de adobe solicitandome que actualice los datos de pagos de mi cuenta. He intentado varias veces la cancelación de los planes pero siempre me da error y la gestión telemática es nefasta. Nunca me atiende una persona, siempre el maldito asistente virtual. 

 

Me parece increible la atención al cliente de Adobe sea tan pésima. Para contratar la suscripción bien que no me dieron ningún problema en ninguna hora, pero para darla de baja, no hay ni una sola persona al otro lado y curiosamente siempre da error en el proceso.

contact adobe support.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

Hace dias estoy intentando cancelar mi suscripcion de after effects porque jamas me dieron la app para poder usarla , me acreditaron el pago y ahora no me deja cancelar la susucripcion.!!! Busco una solucion rapida
