Hola, quisiera saber cómo cancelar mi suscripción anual por pagos mensuales ya que no ocuparé la aplicación.

por ahí leí que debo pagar los cargos por cancelación o alguien que me pueda explicar

Hi, You can cancel your subscription by following the instructions given on this Adobe help page: https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html If you scroll down that page, you'll see a section entitled "Am I eligible for a refund?," which should answer your second question.
