You can demand all you want.  But fellow product users CANNOT HELP YOU.

Only Adobe can cancel your account if you can't.

Hola que tal, hace un mes solicite prueba gratis y por descuido no cancele antes de los 7 dias y me cobraron 299 la renta mensual, no me interesa el servicio porque no lo requiero y ahora que lo quiero cancelar resulta que me quieren hacer un cargo por mas de $1,600 algo con lo que no estoy de acuerdo y quisiera que me ayuden a solucionarlo, porque si no lo acepto no puedo cancelar y me seguiran cobrando algo que no necesito.
