cancelacion de plan

Hola, necesito cancelar mi plan ya que no estoy utilizando la aplicación. inicié la prueba gratuita solo para usarla brevemente y, al cabo de un mes, recibí un mensaje indicando que intentaban realizar un cobro. Al intentar cancelar el plan, me aparece que debo pagar $68.000 para hacerlo, además de que se me esta cobrando $16.000 sin que to haya autorizado continuar el servicio.

Quiero aclarar que no he usado la app mas que para leer archivos PDF. Necesito una solución, ya que no deseo seguir con el servicio ni asumir cargos por algo que no estoy utilizando.

We understand your concern however it is important to understand that the charges are imposed after the 7 day free trial. Adobe offers full refund if the cancellation is done with 14 days. 

Since your plan is 45+ days old, there could be some early cancellation charges imposed if you cancel before the term ends. Please refer to the article shared by the expert above for more details.
