hola. desde el mes de mayo del 2022 deje de usar la aplicacion de photoshop y ya lo desinstale, pero aun me siguen cobrando en a tarjeta, cosa que ya me marca dada de baja y aun asi me siguen cobrando el plan cada mes, ya hable con el banco y me comentaron que ellos no pueden hacer nada, ustedes son los que pueden cancelar, reitero que se me rembolse el dinero. ya que ha sido pura perdida para mi, ya que no tengo ninguna aplicacion, es algo que no uso. Espero que puedan enccontrar una solucion, gracias.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com....
