Fiz um plano por um mês do ADOBE. Não fiz o anual, pois pra mim não achei necessário no momento. Paguei com o cartão de crédito. Ontem, houve nova cobrança de R$105,00 novamente. Estou aqui para solicitar estorno da cobrança em meu cartão e deveria haver uma forma de entrar em contato para resolver essas situações de cobrança indevida. Caso fosse haver nova cobrança, deveriam ter informado antes para que pudsse me manifestar. Estou me sentindo lesada. Contratei apenas o serviço de assinatura de contratos. Não emito contratos todo mês, por isso solicitei essa opção mensal. Entendi que contrato quando quero e não seria mais cobrada. Fiz o cancelamento hoje e mesmo assim não houve a opção da devolução do valor.
