Olá,
Cancelei minha assinatura, mas ainda estou sendo cobrado pelos serviços da Adobe. Preciso de suporte para receber o reembolso do valor cobrado. Não consegui receber suporte da equipe da Adobe no meu país (Brasil).
Quero receber meu reembolso ou registrarei uma reclamação formal no conselho do consumidor da minha cidade.
