Eu tinha o plano estudantil com pagamento anual e estava já a alguns meses tentanto cancelar o plano, porém devido a multa decidi esperar. Dai quando fui cancelar o plano ele havia sido renovado automaticamente com um valor acima do que eu havia contratado e agora tem uma multa muito acima do que havia antes. Não quero mais este plano, o suporte da adobe é muito ruim e não consigo falar com eles. Eu não havia selecionado a renovação automática e mesmo assim renovou. Eu quero extorno da parcela e cancelamento do plano.
