Cancelamento de plano

Estava tentando cancelar um plano, porém não aparecia a opção de gerenciar plano. Entrei em contato com o Fale conosco e me foi informado que não existia um plano ativo atual vinculado ao meu e-mail [personal information removed ]

Agora estão me cobrando o valor da mensalidade, como eu faço para fazer o cancelamento? Como consigo o estorno?
