I purchased Adobe PRO on August 9, 2024 and today, August 23, I want to cancel. However, I am being charged more than R$200 to cancel a service that, according to the website, I can cancel for free and with a refund within 14 days. Therefore, I ask that you cancel the service without charging the R$209 and also refund me the R$95 I paid on August 9, 2024. Thank you.
I tried customer service on August 23rd but I waited for over an hour for chat and was unable to speak to an agent.

be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
