Hola quiero cancelar mi plan y no puedo hacerlo por ninguna de las opciones que encotré aquí . 

Simplemente me manda a asistencia técnica. ¿Como es posible que no permitan que uno lo pueda cancelar en la propia cuenta ? ¿O quitar la forma de pago ?

Te agradezco las respuestas. Pero de todos modos esas opciones ya las había visto . 

En la primera opción , al poner "cancelar plan" me dice automaticamente que me contacte con "asistencia técnica" . 

Y no debería ser así . ¿Porqué debo perder tiempo en conectarme con asistencia técnica? Si no tengo un "problema técnico". Sólo, como cliente , quiero tener la libertad de cancelar yo mismo el plan en MI CUENTA, o dar de baja mi tarjeta. 

Creo que es desleal e ilegal desde el punto de vista comercial  que se pongan esos obstáculos .

Es que claramente el problema es la politica de privarte de cancelar el plan libremente. SI te fijas en el foro , hay decenas de usuarios que se quejan de esta metodología
