Muy buenas,
tengo una suscripción anual pagada mensualmente, que renovó el día 28 de Abril de 2021, pero no me interesa continuar con el plan. Al ir a cancelar plan me indica que hay un recargo de 166€ por cancelar la cuenta, aún estando dentro de los 14 días posteriores a la renovación del mismo. ¿Cómo puedo solucionarlo?

There is no cancellation fee if canceled before 14 days of subscription. For refund rules, refer to the following link.
