El día 8 de abril hago dos años de plan anual de pago mensual y no me deja darme de baja del servicio sin pagar 15 euros de penalización. No se que pasos seguir, como encontrar el contrato firmado o con quien comunicarme para que me ayude. ¿Alguien sabe que puedo hacer? Gracias.
