Cancelar suscripción

Tengo problemas para cancelar mi suscripción, llevo varios días intentando y siempre me tira un error, hago todo el proceso pero me dice que he ingresado en una cuenta social y que tengo que iniciar sesión nuevamente, hago el procedimiento que me indica pero a la hora de colocar la contraseña me tira un error y ya no me deja continuar. De hecho tuve el problema que se me bloqueo mi cuenta temporalmente por intentar entrar en varias ocasiones. Escribí en atención al cliente pero no me pudieron solventar y solamente cerraron el chat. if that fails to help, contact adobe support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...

Thanks for writing in. I can see that you have an active subscription to both CC all apps and Photography plan since last 9 months. Do you wish to cancel one of them to avoid app duplicity?
