Tengo una suscripción denominada algo así como Adobe Photo por un año que ha finalizado hace poco. Esa suscripción a obtuve a través de una oferta en Amazon Black Fryday con un cupon de canje de Adobe.
Ahora al terminar el año , me intentan facturar (creo que desactive la facturación) pero sin avisar previamente cual será el importe de la nueva factura, ni si el plan es el mismo que el anterior, y sobre todo el precio (No me puedo permitir un importe multip`licado por 7 u 8 lo que he comrado).
Tampoco se puede contestar al correo de aviso, ni se puede cancelar la suscripción porque está pendiente por error de facturación.
No encuentro un solo correo de contacto Adobe donde exponer el caso.
No me parece lo mas correcto, esta forma de actuar de la empresa.

30 days prior to subscription renewal adobe sends an email with the anticipated subscription cost and a reminder about the renewal date.
