Hola comunidad!
Espero me puedan apoyar.
Actualmente mi suscripción anual terminó, de hecho la tarjeta que está dada de alta no tiene dinero.
He intentado hacer la cancelación del plan anual y no me permite. Solo me da la opción de actualizar el método de pago. Ya me llegó un mail indicando que mi plan ha sido suspendido, pero también llego un mail con una factura. Yo ya no renovaré mi plan debido a que la empresa para la que trabajo me lo otorgará, ¿que puedo hacer? ¿PodrÃan guiarme?
El asistente virtual me da un enlace que jamás carga la información del plan.

if you're unable to follow the steps described, you'll need to await help from an adobe employee for the next step. (if you don't get a reply here from a badged employee within 24 hours, repost.)

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

Once you have paid the money owed for your previous purchase, then you can complete the steps at https://adobe.ly/4hUxOdA to cancel the membership. ^JW
