Cancelation page for adobe not working

Hello,

I've been trying to follow the instructions on the page here to cancel my indesign plan, but for some reason when I go to the account page it pops up with an "unable to load plans" error, while nobody picks up the phone for customer support. Do you guys know of any other means of cancelation?
