Hi! I am at a standstill right now and I am not sure of what to do, I have already contacted customer support and I have not gotten the feedback needed, called and messaged. Now I can't even message customer support, it seems that I have been blocked from doing this. I canceled my personal account the second week of May 2021 because I was no longer going to use it. I still have this one that has never had any card associated with it and I did not use or pay for anything with, I got it through my college. I also canceled my debit card that I used with my personal account because I was moving and no longer could use that bank. I thought everything was fine until I got an email saying I still had a balance, which I understand could happen. I called customer support and they told me I did not have a balance because that account was closed. I canceled the email associated with my personal account about a week and a half ago. Fast forward to last week, I get an email to this account, my college email, saying I still have a balance and I have until the 3rd of July to pay it. I have no clue why I would have a balance with this email and I assume it found me because I deleted everything with my other, personal account, card, and email. I messaged customer support after the third overdue balance notification and tried to see if they could help, but I have not heard anything back. I really do not want this to hurt my credit score and I do not know what to do. Every method of contact that I have used with Adobe seems to be no help, if anyone knows how to help please let me know!!!
