Hello, I am attaching a screenshot of the charge to my card and I do not recognize the charge for 1 year, it only
required the monthly subscription, it was a mistake that the entire year was charged and now I want to cancel
it and get a refund. The payment was made on 10/19/24 at 6:00 A.M. And I am making the claim the same day.

contact adobe support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

Yes dear, I sent a message to Twitter and they responded. I am waiting since the Adobe assistant BOT does not provide specific help, and the advisory agents only serve from Monday to Friday. I am waiting for the refund to be processed to see if it is possible. Thank you for your support.
