Cancellation Fee and Change of Plans Issue

I bought the all apps subscription plan because I use Premier Pro, InDesign and sometimes Photoshop. I've only used it for a few months but it's sucking my bank account dry and I barely use any of the apps. I just want Premier and InDesign and don't want to have to pay for the $140 cancellation fee plus those two apps again. I literally can't afford it and there's no way of talking to a real person about this like they promise I can.

I'm not sure about the hours, but I do know 2 things

-make sure that your browser does NOT block ads, scripts, or pop-ups
-you must also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for the link to work

There is no discount for à la carte purchases of just InDesign and Premier Pro.   This will cost almost as much as what you're paying now for the All Apps plan.  Either USD $42/month with a 12 month commitment or $64 month-to-month with no long-term committment.  Your choice.

To avoid paying penalty fees on your current annual plan, wait until your 12th month of service to cancel.

 

Another option is to buy Premier Elements (approx $100, no subscription required).  Elements is a lighter version without all the fancy bells & whistles.
