I have a subscription that I want to cancel as I am going on holidays for a few months and wont be using it, but it is still asking that I pay $150 to cancel it!! thats way too much money. Does anyone know if it will be possible to cancel without the fee or if there is a support person that can help me.
I refuse to pay my monthly fees when I wont be using the apps, I am paying enough for the use already, and I'm sure others would agree.
you subscribed to an annual plan that has a penalty if you cancel early (=1/2 your subscription cost for the remaining months).
if you want to discuss this wuth adobe support, contact them. there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...
