I can not cancel my trial period. I don't want to be charged for using the service which I have not used.

it's not an issue of whether you used the programs.  the issues are did you subscribe and are you outside the cancellation period?

 

because you don't see an option to cancel, it's likely you're beyond the penalty-free cancellation period.  so, while you can still cancel (per @John T Smith's instructions), you should expect a penalty = 1/2 the cost of your remaining annual subscription.
