Cancellation of an "Institution Plan"

I experience difficulties with the cancellation of my monthly plan. Since I no longer need the Adobe Cloud, I would like to cancel it as soon as possible. Unfortunately, I cannot do it myself; I have to contact the administrator to make any changes to my account (screenshots attached). 

I set up my account with a university e-mail. I did contact my university IT Services; however, my university "does not allocate Adobe Subscription on a monthly basis. They take payments via an IDT for the full term and issue an annual subscription. They are also unable to see my account with the registered e-mail address on the institutional Adobe portal". 

The subscription fee is taken from my personal PayPal account each month. I've been dealing with this issue for a couple of months already. I accessed my university services multiple times and I only receive the reassurance that no help can be provided on their behalf.

If you still need help, scroll down to Support on the same page and click on Contact Adobe to reach online chat. If online chat is not available to you, pick up the phone during normal business hours, M-F.  The Adobe Support number varies by region.  Google it.
