I experience difficulties with the cancellation of my monthly plan. Since I no longer need the Adobe Cloud, I would like to cancel it as soon as possible. Unfortunately, I cannot do it myself; I have to contact the administrator to make any changes to my account (screenshots attached).
I set up my account with a university e-mail. I did contact my university IT Services; however, my university "does not allocate Adobe Subscription on a monthly basis. They take payments via an IDT for the full term and issue an annual subscription. They are also unable to see my account with the registered e-mail address on the institutional Adobe portal".
The subscription fee is taken from my personal PayPal account each month. I've been dealing with this issue for a couple of months already. I accessed my university services multiple times and I only receive the reassurance that no help can be provided on their behalf.
