Cancellation of subscription

I would like to remove the subscription on my account. Currently I have a yearly subscription. However, I am informed that I will pay a fine of almost 300 euros. Is it possible to cancel the subscription without any charges?

Or maybe if there is no such option, can I cancel the subscription now and, of course, it will last until April 2022 and we will pay for it, but we will not have to remember to cancel it?

There is no facility for automatic cancellation, you will have to remember and cancel the plan yourself during the last month of your subscription. You could set a reminder right now. If you still have questions or want to discuss the waiver of your cancellation fees you can contact support. To contact support, login to your account and navigate to the URL below. Make sure that the browser has cookies enabled, and all script blockers are disabled.
