Hey, i need please a help with a cencellation plan and get a refund Because every time I try something, it reports problems with the payment card and I can't change the payer, which I need to do, and the agent in the chat is not helpful, so I'm completely lost and don't know what to do. Money left my account on 17.5.24 for a subscription that I probably didn't buy, I was just trying the free version and then I canceled it, so I absolutely don't understand how something could be charged. I had my account in the negative for two days because of this.

with payment issues, you have to fix those before you can make any subscription changes (including cancelling).
