I want to cancel my subscription. Your terms say that if I cancel on the 12 month then my cancellation fee would be zero. But now its telling me that a cancellation fee of $45 will be charged if I cancel now. Please help.

*Update - I got on chat to get help and someone named 'Anmol' was my tech help. This person did NOTHING to help! They just kept saying "Give me a few more minutes to find you a solution". Ten minutes later, nothing. I dont believe the person on the other end (assuming its a real person) was actually even working on my issue. Probably someone [abuse removed] not engaged with their job!

I also got on the community forum and noticed scores of people complaining about being locked into their subscription plans with no chance of getting out without paying a cancellation fee. Terrible business practices from Adobe! Give your users the freedom to choose and change their plans as they see fit! Done with your service.

I've moved your post from Creative Cloud Desktop to Account, Payment, & Plan for you. Volunteers on the Adobe forums cannot see your billing details, although Adobe Employees can see that you have a plan.

You still have to work with Adobe Customer Care, as they are the only ones who can sort this out for you.

Give them these links:

This time when you use the Chat, get a case number at the start of the call. Ask for Tier 2 support and make sure you get a human, not a bot.

I'm sure you used the Chat earlier and don't need directions, but you can also contact Adobe Customer Care through X/Twitter to @AdobeCare. They will contact you back.

Do not reply to PMs, which are likely to be scammers.
