I unsuccesfully tried for the past 15 days to cancel my free trial of Acrobat Pro DC which in the mean time has been duly charged to my account. I keep being sent over and over again to the same cancellation procedure which doesn't work and there is no trace of my trial order either: can anybody help me solving this issue?
