Hello! So the situation is - I had the photography plan on my old account Suddenly, I needed Indesign for school, so I cancelled that plan and wanted to get the All apps plan, but could not, because I needed to wait until the end of the Photography plan to do that. So I created a new account (the one which I am writing from) and bought the all apps plan. Only now I understood that I lost all my data from the first account and now I am in a need of it. So I wanted to ask - would it be possible to someohow transfrer the plan I have on this account to the other one? Or could there be a posssibility to not pay the calcellation fee - I didn't know about it and cannot really afford it.

if you change plans there's no cancellation fee, but you must do this with the aid of adobe support. ie, use @Peru Bob 's post to contact adobe support.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
