p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
if you're unable to follow the steps described, you'll need to await help from an adobe employee for the next step. (if you don't get a reply here from a badged employee within 24 hours, repost.)

I hate this company, its responsiveness, and its products. I do NOT care about cancellation fees. I simply want to have NOTHING further to do with Adobe, period.

Were you able to cancel using the link provided earlier or do you still need assistance? You didn't say if you purchased from Adobe, the App Store, Google Play, or if you have a Teams account. The link covers all.

I appreciate you responding, but even your response is indicative of how unfriendly it is to use the products Adobe provides. The page you provided a link to is like being dropped in the middle of a country one has never visited before. Where is the customer service?
