Cancelled Adobe Monthly But Still Charged?

I canceled my month to month fee which I was using for class, is there any reason why I'm being recharged another $33. I know they can apply a cancelation fee but this is the same exact amount as my previous monthly fee. Is this correct or am I wrong? I just want to cancel my account since I no longer need it and thought I did this a week ago.

As per the Pending fee screenshot you have shared, it seems to be a Photoshop Individual Subscription associated with your account. 

Please contact Adobe Support Team to verify all subscriptions that are associated with your account for which you are getting charged and accordingly Cancel the one that is not required.
