I canceled my month to month fee which I was using for class, is there any reason why I'm being recharged another $33. I know they can apply a cancelation fee but this is the same exact amount as my previous monthly fee. Is this correct or am I wrong? I just want to cancel my account since I no longer need it and thought I did this a week ago.
