Cancelled after trials, but still showing I’m trying to charge my card

How do I get this done? I cancelled my account before the trial ended, but yet the account is still there and now it's trying to charge my card. Been trying to get through to support with no luck and now can only find a one 800 number that isn't available on the weekends.

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
