Cancelled before 14 Days, NO Refund given at all, instead they took money from my account

Hi there, I recently cancelled Adobe before the 14 days. Instead of giving me a refund like they said they would money was taken from my account.

  • Now one thing is when I bought the After Effects they did not charge my account originally 
  • I'm a little confused on why they took money from my account now instead of doing that before
  • Because right now they just stole money when they said you'd get refunded before the 14 days are up (in which, I cancelled before so my money in my account should've stayed the same since it was never taken out)

what was your trial start date per the start email from adobe?

 

what was the cancellation date per the confirmation email?

  • Yesterday, May 4th 
  • And ithe cancellation date per confirmation email said it will end May 5th, aka when I cancelled it
