hello.
please help me.
I thought my trial was going to be for a month but instead I was charged a week later (Today). As my bank blocked the transaction, it alerted me and I logged in. That's when I noticed what had happened.
I cancelled my plan (now the 'manage' button is no longer there; it only says 'view' or 'update plan') but the transaction is still there.
I tried to look for a refund button but cannot find it and this system where you cannot get in touch with anyone from Adobe is making me feel claustrophobic.
Please help.
