Cancelled My Subscription but they still debiting my account

New Here ,
May 18, 2025 May 18, 2025

This is an update to my earlier post.

My account was debited on the 25th of March and I think I cancelled it on the day. I even got an email saying my cancellation was processed. See the attached proof. They even cancelled the adobe subscriptions (I had no access to the cloud service). See the attached proof. However, I got no refund. Hence I made the post here. So I paid for something I never used.

Guess what? They debited my account again on the 25th of April. That's when I had enough of this robbery. I contacted my bank and they refunded the 25th of April amount. However, they didn't refund the amount on the 25th of March. My bank said it's because I never cancelled the service 15 days prior. But the cancellation went through and adobe cancelled the service successfully. I had no access to adobe service. So essentially I paid for nothing. According to adobe policy I should be fully refunded, but not only did they fail to refund me they even dared to debit my accout again. That's unacceptable. I want my debited amount of 25th of March refunded as well. March Invoice datails:

for others, beware there's, at least, some misinformation in the op's posts.
