I cancelled my subscription on 10/07/2024 and have since been charged twice on 19/07/2024 $11.78 and 17/08/2024 at $11.70. I understand these are not large amounts, but I went through and cancelled my subscription, recieved the email to confirm it was cancelled and then this happens.

I am fuming becuase I have tried to chat with someone twice on the matter and have had the conversation finished before I coud even say anything to either of them or explain what was going on.

This is some of the worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing.

Nobody here in a public forum can see your account information

You are going to have to go to support
What do you see for your account at https://account.adobe.com/
This space is provided by Adobe, but this is not Adobe support
This is a public forum, you need the link to Adobe support, not other users
Help Center https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html is a good place to start
Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link below
Do be aware that wait times are sometimes long before an agent responds
.
You MUST make sure that your browser does NOT block ads, scripts, or pop-ups
You MUST also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for the link to work
This will NOT work if you are using a VPN
.
This link will go directly to the chat option
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person
-Meaning type in the word Agent in the lower right, without the quote " " marks
or
X (aka Twitter) tweet @AdobeCare
.
Adobe does NOT do support by email, so beware of answering anyone who sends you a private message

As I mentioned in my post, I have attempted to talk with someone twice now and been disconnected both times without so much as a "how can I help". Can you recommend any other way in which to contact Adobe and actually recieve a response? this seems to be a chronic issue based on the number of times people have posted about experincing the same thing.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
