I signed up for a trail around a week or two ago. I tested it out, realized it wasn't what I needed, and cancelled the trail way before the trial period was up so I didn't get charged. I looked at my bank statement today and see that I was charged anyways. I cancelled long before the in plenty of time so this should not have happened. I need a refund.

If you cancelled within the 14 day grace period, you can still get a refund. You should have received an email confirming you cancelled. Check your spam folder.
